TCA Contractor definition
TCA Contractor means any Person with which TCA or any Subsidiary formerly or presently has any agreement or arrangement (whether oral or written) under which such Person has or had physical possession of, and was or is obligated to develop, test, process, manufacture or produce any product or substance on behalf of TCA or any Subsidiary.
