TC Services definition

TC Services means those services described in Section 6 below, the object code version of the TrustCommerce software related to such services, including the TC Communicator, and any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes) and any materials, documentation and derivative works released by TrustCommerce from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by Merchant separately from the TC Services.

Examples of TC Services in a sentence

  • This Agreement will not restrict TC Services from offering any product or service that any unaffiliated registered broker-dealer may provide.

  • TC Services shall be responsible for filing all promotional, sales or advertising material, as required, with any state insurance regulatory authorities.

  • TC Services agrees to comply with the applicable requirements of the securities laws as defined in Section 3(a)(47) of the 1934 Act, including any applicable rules or interpretations thereunder (hereinafter the “Federal Securities Laws”), any applicable securities laws of any state or jurisdiction in which the Contracts are offered or sold, and the requirements of FINRA.

  • TC Services will not give any information or make any representations other than those contained in such Prospectuses, financial statements, and other documents that CREF provides without first obtaining CREF’s written approval; provided, however, that this requirement will not prevent TC Services from preparing or distributing sales literature or other related material that complies with all relevant securities law requirements.

  • Merchant will not file any action, in any forum that challenges the ownership of any part of the TC Services, any related software, materials or documentation.

  • TC Services will be responsible for the training, supervision and control of its associated persons for the purpose of the NASD/FINRA Conduct Rules and the Federal Securities Laws and state securities law requirements applicable in connection with the offering and sale of the Contracts.

  • TrustCommerce may at any time and from time to time audit Merchant’s use of the TC Services.

  • Use of the TC Services will not, on its own, cause Merchant to be compliant or eliminate Merchant’s obligations to comply with PCI DSS or any other Network Rule.

  • All such books and records maintained by or on behalf of T-C Services shall be maintained and preserved in conformity with the requirements of Rules 17a-3 and 17a-4 under the 1934 Act or the corresponding provisions of any future federal securities laws or regulations, to the extent that such requirements are applicable to the Contracts operations.

  • Merchant is fully responsible for all goods or services offered for sale by it and for anyone to whom it provides access to the TC Services including any advertising for such goods or services regardless of the medium.

Related to TC Services

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
