TC Approval definition
TC Approval means confirmation from TC that no variation or replacement of the Existing Railway Operating Certificate is required for CMQR Canada immediately following the Closing or, if required, approval by TC of a variation to the Existing Railway Operating Certificate or issuance of a new Railway Operating Certificate.
