RESPONSIBILITIES OF CMS AND THE PARTICIPATING MEDICAID AGENCY Responsibilities of CMS CMS will track and maintain a record of any PMA disclosures conducted pursuant to this Agreement. Following the execution of this Agreement and the corresponding CMS DRA, CMS will send CMS Data to the PMA in a timely and secure manner.
