TBL Charter definition

TBL Charter means that certain demise charter between Shipowner and TECO Barge Line providing for the demise charter by TECO Barge Line from Shipowner of certain ▇▇▇▇▇ water Vessels, as originally executed or as modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions thereof.

  • The early termination option provided for in this Article 10(a) shall be exercised by Charterer, if at all, only with respect to all of the Vessels subject to this Demise Charter and only in connection with the simultaneous exercise by TECO Barge Line of the early termination option under Article 10(a) of the TBL Charter (and the exercise of such early termination option under the TBL Charter shall be deemed to be the exercise by Charterer of the early termination option under this Article 10(a)).

  • Either such option shall be exercised only as to all of the Vessels and only in connection with the simultaneous exercise by TECO Barge Line of the same option under Article 16 of the TBL Charter (and the exercise of either such option under the TBL Charter shall be deemed to be the exercise by Charterer of the same such option under this Article 16).
