TBD commitment definition

TBD commitment means a report, in the form of a commitment, furnished prior to receipt of an application for title insurance, in which the buyer, sales amount, and loan amount, among other possible details, are not yet known.
TBD commitment means a commitment furnished prior to a full application for title insurance, in which all parties and/or details concerning a transaction are not yet known (e.g. buyer, seller, sales amount, loan amount, etc.)
