Taxee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(a).
Examples of Taxee in a sentence
If the amount of any Taxee payable during the current year shall not yet have been billed by the taxing authority, the monthly Tax Rent then payable shall be based on the amount of the corresponding Taxes for the immediately preceding Tax year, subject to immediate adjustment (and payment of the adjusted amount by Tenant) when such Taxes are billed or determined.
