Taxable Advance definition

Taxable Advance means an Advance that the County elects to make on a taxable basis and that shall bear interest that is includable in gross income for federal income tax purposes.
Taxable Advance means an Advance requested by the County that is intended to be on a taxable basis and that shall bear interest that is includable in gross income for federal income tax purposes.
Taxable Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17(h).

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • Nonrecoverable Property Advance shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Outside Servicing Agreement.
