Tax residency definition

Tax residency. A copy of a certificate of tax residency confirming that Lessor is resident in U.S.A. for tax purposes.

Tax residency means the Client’s tax residency is the country where the Client is resident/registered for tax purpose. Each country has its own rules for defining tax residence. “TIN” means Jurisdiction of Residence and Taxpayer Identification Number or its Functional Equivalent. A TIN is a unique combination of letters or numbers assigned by a jurisdiction to an individual or an Entity and used to identify 44 the individual or Entity for the purposes of administering the tax laws of such jurisdiction.
