Tax Equalisation Agreement definition
Tax Equalisation Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Viesgo Infraestructuras Energéticas, S.L. and Viesgo Generción, S.L. on 25 June 2015 regarding mutual obligations to make any required payments to the other in respect of taxes and social security payments.
