Tax Collection Agent definition
Tax Collection Agent means the person or persons from time to time appointed by Council or by the City’s City Manager pursuant to Section 16 to collect from Providers the Municipal Accommodation Tax.
Tax Collection Agent means the person or persons from time to time appointed by Council or by the City’s Chief Administrative Officer pursuant to section 15 to collect from Providers the Municipal Accommodation Tax.
