Taurus Acquisition definition

Taurus Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of the Taurus Acquired Business in accordance with the terms of the Taurus Purchase Agreement.
Taurus Acquisition means Taurus Acquisition Inc., a Texas corporation, and its successors.
Taurus Acquisition means Taurus Acquisition Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors.

  • Exempt Acquisition means an acquisition by a Person of Voting Shares and/or Convertible Securities (i) in respect of which the Board of Directors has waived the application of Section 3.1 pursuant to the provisions of Subsection 5.1(b), (c) or (d);

  • Target Acquisition means the acquisition of Target Shares by Purchaser pursuant to a Scheme or an Offer.
