TASNEE means National Industrialization Company (TASNEE), its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) (including, but not limited to, Respondent Cristal and Respondent Cristal USA), and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
