Tasman or the "Company") was incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia on August 27, 2007. The Company's common shares are listed and traded on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") under the symbol "TSM" and on the New York Stock Exchange Market ("NYSE MKT"), under the symbol "TAS". The amounts shown as resource interests represent net acquisition costs to date, less amounts written off, and do not necessarily represent present or future values. As at August 31, 2014 the Company had working capital of $5,403,122. These consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will be able to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business operations for the foreseeable future. The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the ability of the Company to obtain the necessary financing to develop properties and to establish future profitable production. The Company's operations are funded from equity financings which are dependent upon many external factors and may be difficult to impossible to secure or raise when required.
