Tasking Order definition

Tasking Order means a draft or final Tasking Order Form along with any other supporting documentation between the Authority and the Contractor relating to the carrying out of a Task entered into under Clause 8 of the General Terms and Conditions, and containing those terms described in Clause 2.2.2 of the General Terms and Conditions;
Tasking Order means the order for undertaking a tasking activity in accordance with the procedures set out in Schedule 12 (Tasking Process);
Tasking Order means a requirement for services that arise during the term of the Contract and which have not been previously identified within the Specification.

Examples of Tasking Order in a sentence

  • Each DEFCON or DEFFORM as applied to a Tasking Order shall be in its latest Edition published before that Order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the Order.

  • A signed Tasking Order is the Contractor’s only authority to proceed with the requirements contained therein.

  • The Contractor must sign and return the Tasking Order Form within 24 hours of receipt by either fax or email to the Authority.

  • A Tasking Order will consist of any of the course required and supplier, and at the Firm prices stated in Schedule 2.

  • No order shall be valid without this authorisation, and no work is to be undertaken against any order until the Framework Contractor has received the duly authorised Tasking Order Form.

  • The Framework Contractor shall acknowledge and accept or decline all Tasking Orders within 3 working days of receipt, using Part 2 of the Order Form at Schedule 12., In the event of a Framework Contractor’s refusal to accept the direct Tasking Order, he or she shall give full justification and any relevant supporting information to the Authority’s Project Manager (or nominated representative) and the process set out in Condition 47.2.c above shall apply.

  • This amendment will be for administrative purposes only and the Framework Contractor shall proceed on receipt of a fully authorised Tasking Order Form in accordance with 47.4.b above.

  • Receipt by the Framework Contractor and acceptance of this fully authorised Tasking Order Form shall constitute authority to proceed with the Task.

  • DEFCON 14A to be used where applicable Note: Each DEFCON or DEFFORM as applied to a Tasking Order shall be in its latest Edition published before that Order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the Order.

Tasking Order means the document used by the Commonwealth in the form set out in Attachment C which forms part of a Contract for Supplies formed under this Deed.
