TASK System definition

TASK System means the TASK Job Evaluation System in terms of its rules, application, definition and terminology;
TASK System means a Tuned Assessment of Skills and Knowledge.
TASK System means a system of work whereby an Employee is allocated Task(s) to be completed in a working day and, on completion by the Employee of that Task(s) in a manner compliant with the Resource Recovery Operations and Environmental Management Procedures, the Employee is entitled, without reduction in pay, to finish work prior to completion of his or her standard hours. The Task System does not apply to Bin Delivery Staff or Relay Staff. ‘Training’ means any training Employees are required to attend. This will be up to 25 hours during the first year of employment, and up to 15 hours for each subsequent year of employment.
