Task Release definition
Task Release means written authorizations that will define the scope of work, objective, location, completion timeframe, rates, and other useful information necessary for the Contractor to begin work for the Contracting Member.

Contractor shall require each individual who is assigned by the Contractor to perform a Task Release and who will have access to SMUD Confidential Information to acknowledge in writing the Non Disclosure Agreement and the individual’s obligations thereunder as an agent, representative or employee of the Contractor, and the Contractor will provide each written acknowledgement to SMUD.
