Task Completion Date definition

Task Completion Date. All initial infrastructure preparations shall be completed within 90 days after the kick-off meeting is held. Thereafter, maintenance of the infrastructure shall be completed as necessary until the end of the period of performance.
Task Completion Date means the date set forth in a Project Schedule for completion of a particular Project Task.

  • Task Orders also survive the term of the main term service contract, in that a Task Completion Date may be set in the future, well beyond the term service end date as appropriatein terms of inter alia payback periods, etc.
