Tariff Change definition

Tariff Change means a Downgrade or an Upgrade as agreed between the Parties in accordance with clause 7.2;
Tariff Change or "tariff revision" means any change, revision, or addition to or deletion of a tariff.
Tariff Change means any change, addition, or deletion to a tariff.

  • MPC’s withholding its consent shall not be considered unreasonable if the proposed Tariff change would materially restrict or limit MPC’s ability to ship the Quarterly Throughput Commitment on terms (other than tariff rates) consistent with those set forth in this Agreement or would otherwise negatively alter or abridge MPC’s rights (other than with respect to tariff rates) as stated in this Agreement.

  • However, before filing any such Tariff changes with the applicable Governmental Authority, MPL shall transmit a copy of the proposed Tariff change to MPC and afford MPC a reasonable period of time to submit comments to MPL as to whether the proposed Tariff change is acceptable and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The bills for the Services rendered to the Users must be based on the Tariffs set by Rostelecom, and taking into consideration the Tariff change by Rostelecom in accordance with the current law within the context of one-time arrangements.

  • To the extent the procedures under the Transmission Tariff change, the Parties shall conform to the changed procedures to maximize the accreditable capacity to Company.

  • This notice and supporting documentation must be delivered within a reasonable period following the enactment, adoption, promulgation, issuance, modification, repeal, cancellation, or rescission of the applicable Tariff, even if the Tariff change becomes effective at a later date.

  • Upon receipt of such notice and documentation, the parties agree to cooperate in good faith to execute a change order that adjusts the price of the goods by an amount equal to the additional costs incurred by the Seller as a result of the Tariff change.

  • MPC’s withholding its consent shall not be considered unreasonable if the proposed Tariff change would materially restrict or limit MPC’s ability to ship the Quarterly Throughput Commitment on terms consistent with those set forth in this Agreement or would otherwise negatively alter or abridge MPC’s rights as stated in this Agreement.

  • Such rules may not provide for the payment of any Tariff that is less than the Initial Shipper Tariff, change any remedies available to Carrier for non-payment of any amounts due to it hereunder or amend any provision of Articles Two or Four of this Agreement.
