Target's Possession definition

Target's Possession means, one of (i) physically located in the offices of Target or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (ii) physically located at the Real Property or (iii) in the possession or control of the representatives or agents of Target or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc.

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.
