TARGETED PHYSICIANS definition
TARGETED PHYSICIANS means those categories of health care professionals with prescribing authority selected from time to time by the JCC as professionals <PAGE> to which Primary Details are to be delivered by Amylin and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ representatives.
TARGETED PHYSICIANS means those categories of health care professionals with prescribing authority selected from time to time by the JCC as professionals to which Primary Details are to be delivered by Amylin and/or Lilly sales representatives. "THIRD PERSON" shall have the meaning provided in the Collaboration Agreement.
TARGETED PHYSICIANS means any health care professional with prescribing authority including, for example, primary care physicians and specialist physicians.

TARGETED PHYSICIANS means any health care professional in the Shared Territory with prescribing authority whose practice or prescribing activities is focused on an area of medicine relevant to the Product, including but not limited to: Urology, General Practice, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetology, Cardiology or Psychiatry. If the Parties agree with respect to any country, “Targeted Physicians” may also include any licensed pharmacist.
