The “Target Amount” will be calculated on each Distribution Date, after giving effect to withdrawals from the Interest Rate Cap Account on such Distribution Date and distribution and allocation of losses on the LIBOR Certificates on such Distribution Date, and will equal the excess, if any, of the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount over the Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date.
As to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date over (y) the Interim Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date.

Such tape shall be in the form and have the specifications as may be agreed to among the Servicer, the Trustee and the Seller from time to time and shall include information concerning original loan-to-value ratios, the lien positions of and number of days contractually delinquent of the Mortgage Loans and information necessary to calculate Delinquency Rate Events, Cumulative Loss Rate Events, Rolling Loss Rate Events and Targeted Overcollateralization Amounts.
