Targeted Level definition

Targeted Level means the targeted BBBEE compliance level specified in the Specific Terms; and
Targeted Level means, each of the following financial calculations for the applicable period calculated in a manner and supported by appropriate backup which calculations shall exclude any non-cash and/or non-cash cost, in each case, acceptable to Holder in its sole discretion: (i) Consolidated EBITDA — $708,000 (ii) Consolidated Revenue — $23,826,000 (iii) Net Income — ($1,090,000) (iv) Cashflow — ($182,000)
