Targeted Completion Date means the date that an Activity is due to be completed, as set out in Schedule C. Termination Event has the meaning given to it in Section 8.3(a) of Schedule A. Termination for Convenience Date has the meaning given to it in Section 8.3(a)(vii) of Schedule A.

Targeted Completion Date means, with respect to each Segment and subject to Force Majeure Events, the dates set forth in a Customer Order.

More Definitions of Targeted Completion Date

Targeted Completion Date means the date specified in the Project Schedule by which the Works are satisfactorily completed and ready for operational use.
