Target Threshold definition

Target Threshold means the Company Performance Metric Threshold established for a Company Performance Metric, the achievement of which would result in payment to Participants in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Target Award designated for that particular Company Performance Metric. Because a Plan Year can be part of multiple Performance Cycles, multiple and different Target Thresholds may be established for the same Company Performance Metric for the same Plan Year.
Target Threshold means 100% of the performance metric has been achieved.
Target Threshold is defined on Schedule 1.

Examples of Target Threshold in a sentence

  • Where ‘Net Debt + Net Pension Deficit’ is negative, the relevant Financial Target Threshold should be treated as having been met.
