Target Source Code definition

Target Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, any material portion or aspect of software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, of any Target IP Rights or Target Products.
Target Source Code means the Source Code for all Software that is Target Technology (including Source Code to Target Products that are Software).
Target Source Code has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

Examples of Target Source Code in a sentence

  • Target has used commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its use and distribution of Public Software has not resulted in any obligation under the Open License applicable to such Public Software, to deliver or license any material Target Source Code (i) in Source Code form, (ii) for the purpose of preparing derivative works of such Source Code, or (iii) for no fee or for a nominal fee.

  • The execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein will not, pursuant to any Contract to which Target or its Subsidiaries are a party, result in the disclosure or delivery to any Person of the Target Source Code not already entitled to receive such Target Source Code.

  • No event has occurred, and no circumstances or conditions exist, that with or without notice, lapse of time or both, will, or would reasonably be expected to, result in the disclosure or delivery to any person or entity of any Target Source Code.

  • Seller has taken commercially reasonable measures to protect Seller’s ownership of, and rights in, all Target Source Code and protect such Target Source Code from disclosure to and use by any other Person.

  • The Group Companies have taken commercially reasonable measures to protect the Group Companies’ ownership of, and rights in, all Target Source Code and protect such Target Source Code from disclosure to and use by any other Person.

Target Source Code means, collectively, any source code, or any material portion or aspect of the source code, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any source code, of any Target IP Rights or any other product marketed or licensed, or under development, by Target.

Related to Target Source Code

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s) means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP, if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP).
