Target Professionals definition

Target Professionals means, with respect to the Product, one of the specifically identified community and/or hospital-based Professionals to be called upon by a Sales Representative based upon the Sales Plan. “Target Professionals” shall exclude key thought leaders as identified on Schedule 1.77 to this Agreement, which Schedule shall be prepared and provided by TYME prior to the Target Launch Date.

Target Professionals means physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and any other medical professionals in the Territory with prescribing authority (as authorized under Applicable Law) in the Territory for the Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Managed Care Entities shall not be considered Target Professionals.

  • RareGen will be responsible for validating the licensing status/Patient Starter Kit eligibility of Target Professionals selected to receive Patient Starter Kits and will be responsible for maintaining an up to date status file thereafter.

  • Promptly following receipt by Valeant of such list, but no later than [***] after receipt of the list of Target Professionals, Valeant may present to Dova a list of Target Professionals that, acting in good faith, it reasonably believes have a primary specialty designation of Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Proctology, Hepatology (including Transplant Hepatology), or Interventional Radiology.

  • Sandoz shall be entitled to periodically conduct an audit of RareGen’s license/Patient Starter Kit eligibility status file to ensure that RareGen is properly validating such Target Professionals.

  • RareGen will maintain records of all Patient Starter Kit shipments and quantities sent to and received by such Target Professionals.

  • For those Target Professionals that were not the subject of an inquiry to or an investigation by Dova’s Third Party Data Source, then the specialty designations set out in the original list generated by Dova’s Third CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT (INDICATED BY “[***]”) BECAUSE SUCH INFORMATION (I) IS NOT MATERIAL AND (II) WOULD BE COMPETITIVELY HARMFUL IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED.

  • Party Data Source shall apply for such Calendar Quarter, namely those Target Professionals that have either a primary or a secondary specialty designation of Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Proctology, Hepatology (including Transplant Hepatology), or Interventional Radiology and that do not have either a primary or a secondary specialty designation of Hematology or Oncology shall be deemed to be in the Specialty.

  • For greater certainty, this list may include, but not be limited to, Target Professionals with a primary specialty designation of Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Proctology Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Proctology, Hepatology (including Transplant Hepatology), or Interventional Radiology and a secondary specialty designation of Hematology or Oncology, for which Valeant wishes to confirm the primary specialty.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Quinnova shall issue, within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter, a written report to Oculus reflecting the number of Details made for the Product to the Target List and the number of samples of the Product left with Target Professionals.


More Definitions of Target Professionals

Target Professionals means a podiatrist who is legally authorized to prescribe the Products. 1.19 "Term" shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.1 hereof. 2 1.20 "Territory" shall mean the continental United States, its territories and Canada. 1.21 "Third Party" shall mean any entity other than Quinnova or Oculus or an Affiliate of either party. 1.22 "TRx" shall mean total prescriptions of a Product generated by Target Professionals. 2.

Related to Target Professionals

  • Agent Professionals means attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auditors, business valuation experts, liquidation agents, collection agencies, auctioneers, environmental engineers or consultants, turnaround consultants, and other professionals and experts retained by Agent.

  • Retained Professional means an Entity: (a) employed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to a Final Order in accordance with sections 327 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to the Effective Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code; or

  • Professionals means those Persons (a) employed pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with Sections 327 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services pursuant to Sections 327, 328, 329, 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, or (b) for which compensation and reimbursement has been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Health professional means that term as defined in section 5883 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.5883.
