Target Pressure definition

Target Pressure has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2(c).
Target Pressure means 90 Psig, as measured at the inlet to the applicable central facility, unless otherwise set forth in writing between Producer and Midstream Co.
Target Pressure means, with respect to any Individual System, the pressure set forth on the applicable Midstream Agreement Addendum, which such stated “Target Pressure” shall be the pressure for the applicable Individual System in the System Plan.

Examples of Target Pressure in a sentence

  • Midstream Co shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the operating pressure of each Facility Segment, as measured at the inlet flange of the central facility of the applicable Facility Segment, at a level that is equal to or less than the Target Pressure.

  • Buyer shall have nine (9) months in which to install, or cause Gatherer to install, equipment necessary to reduce the pressure at such Low Pressure Receipt Point to the Target Pressure.

  • Midstream Co shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Daily arithmetic average operating pressure of the system pressures at the Target Pressure.

  • Gatherer shall deliver to Shipper an updated Gathering System Plan and related model, based on Shipper’s updated current forecast of throughput of Dedicated Production, that provides an average line pressure that is lower than the Target Pressure for a 12 Month period beginning upon the in service date of the modified system and permanently quarter to quarter thereafter.

  • If by the end of the [***] Accounting Period after receipt of the Reduced MDQ Notice from Shipper, Gatherer has not given such notice, Shipper shall have the option to permanently reduce its MDQ to a level that will reasonably result in the ability of Gatherer to achieve compliance with the Target Pressure at such Receipt Point (“Permanent MDQ Reduction”).

  • Within thirty (30) days after receipt of a Reduced MDQ Notice from Shipper, Gatherer shall develop plans to reduce pressure at the impacted Receipt Point such that Shipper’s original MDQ may be restored at the Target Pressure and provide such plans to Shipper.

  • Displays the real time Inlet pressure, Target Pressure, Actual Discharge pressure, % opening of flow control modules, error codes and status.

  • Gatherer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the operating pressure of each Facility Segment, as measured at the inlet flange of the central facility of the applicable Facility Segment, at a level that is equal to or less than the Target Pressure.

Target Pressure means, with respect to any Individual System, the Initial Flowback Target Pressure or the Operating Target Pressure then in effect.
