Target Platform definition

Target Platform means any hardware board, platform or subsystem to which a Lynx binary Runtime system image, System Runtime Package (SRP) and/or Kernel Downloadable Image (KDI) are expected to be copied and subsequently executed.
Target Platform means the technical parameters of the System(s) for which a piece of software is being developed, including CPU, RAM, hard disk, storage, operating system, network, and security configuration.
Target Platform means a hosted service, Internet service, ecommerce platform, payment platform, social network, mobile service, hardware platform, operating system or the like on or through which the Talkable Platform can monitor, publish and manage customer acquisition campaigns, referral campaigns, or other services and on which a Talkable Application or a Third-Party Application can be implemented.

More Definitions of Target Platform

Target Platform means the microfinance offering provided by Licensee and/or its Affiliates in the Territory into which the Software has been integrated in accordance with this Agreement.
