Target Payout definition

Target Payout means the amount payable to a Participant who meets exactly 100% of the assigned Performance Goals.
Target Payout means a dollar amount established by the Committee at the beginning of each Performance Cycle for each Eligible Individual as the target Award Payout for that Performance Cycle.   • Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.
