Target Pathway definition

Target Pathway means any of the pathways within the [***] Pathway and/or [***] Pathways that are useful for the detection, diagnosis, prevention of separate and distinct diseases or medical conditions and/or Treatment as further specified in the Research Plan. Examples of Target Pathway in a sentence

  • The Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to initiate Research for each Target Pathway selected in accordance with Section 2.5.3 and Analyte selected in accordance with Section 2.5.4 as soon as reasonably practicable after the later of the Effective Date and the selection of such Target Pathway and/or Analyte.

  • The JRC shall have the responsibility for developing and approving the Research Plan for each BSP selected Target Pathway and Analyte and for establishing that any Assay meets the Pre-Clinical Proof of Concept.

  • The Parties agree that the JRC will develop a Research Plan for each Target Pathway selected by BSP in accordance with this Section 2.5.3.

Related to Target Pathway

  • Pathway means a transport mechanism by which chemicals of concern may reach a receptor(s) or the location(s) of a potential receptor.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Career Pathways means a sub-grouping used as an organizing tool for curriculum design and instruction of occupations or career specialties that share a set of common knowledge and skills for career success.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.
