Target OEA definition
Target OEA means that certain Operation and Easement Agreement, dated October 27, 2006, but made and entered into as of October 30, 2006 between Target and Silver Spring Square II, L.P., recorded October 31, 2006 in Book 0731 at Page 3522 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
