Target Metrics definition

Target Metrics means, collectively, Targeted Charge-off Amount, Targeted Deposits, and Targeted Trust Revenue.

Examples of Target Metrics in a sentence

  • Monthly, the Exchange shall calculate each Participant’s Target Metrics to determine any payment due for a given month in accordance with this Program.

  • Jurisdictions shall provide ADHS with the Target Metrics by January 10, 2014 and April 25, 2014 respectively.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if none of the three Target Metrics contemplated by the Merger Agreement are achieved as of the Determination Date, Consultant shall not be entitled to any compensation under this Agreement.
