Target Indication definition

Target Indication means the use of the Product in combination with Azacitidine for the treatment of patients with diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are “unfit” for intensive chemotherapy. The Parties acknowledge and agree that “unfit” will be construed broadly to include all synonyms thereof and analogous concepts with respect thereto, including “unsuited” and “not able” to receive intensive chemotherapy.
Target Indication. Target Indication, with respect to an Alnylam siRNA, shall mean each human disease or condition that is designated as a Target Indication with respect to such Alnylam siRNA in accordance with Section 2.3(c)(i) or 2.3(c)(iii).
