Target Growth definition

Target Growth means Revenue Growth of 5%.
Target Growth means growth of 10% per annum compounded over the Measurement Period. For example, a Measurement Period of 3 years would result in Target Growth of 33.1%.

  • If the Company achieves greater than the Target Growth over the Performance Period, Participant will receive more Shares than the Target Performance Award, determined on an accelerated basis in accordance with the chart below.
