Target Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a) hereof.

Target Deadline means the date by which the department, 80% of the time, will complete its final agency decision. The target deadline is the date that project managers will use in order to prioritize their reviews. Project managers will review the projects in the order of the earliest target deadline to the latest target deadline from the current date.

Examples of Target Deadline in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to subsection (a) the Activity Target Deadline is [*], and with respect to subsection (b), the Activity Target Deadline is [*].
