Target Completion definition

Target Completion means that all of the following have occurred with respect to the Facility: (i) Cool Down has been completed for System 1 and System 2; (ii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and precommissioning checks of all of the vaporizers for the Facility to ensure that all such vaporizers and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement, and thirteen vaporizers have been operated to their rated capacity; (iii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and pre-commissioning checks and tests of System 1 and System 2 to ensure that these Systems and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement; and (iv) System 1 and System 2 collectively achieve a Sendout Rate of 2,000 MMSCFD or above at a temperature of no less than 40°F and at a pressure of no less than 1,250 PSIG, as measured at the exit for the main Facility transfer meter, for a continuous period of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours.
Target Completion means that all of the following have occurred with respect to the Facility: (i) Cool Down has been completed for System 1 and System 2; (ii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and pre-commissioning checks of all of the vaporizers for the Facility to ensure that all such vaporizers and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement, and thirteen vaporizers have been operated to their rated capacity; (iii) Contractor has completed all procurement, fabrication, assembly, erection, installation and pre-commissioning checks and tests of System 1 and System 2 to ensure that these Systems and each component thereof was sufficiently fabricated, assembled, erected and installed so as to be capable of being operated safely within the requirements contained in this Agreement; and (iv) System 1 and System 2 collectively achieve a Sendout Rate of 2,000 MMSCFD or above at a temperature of no less than 40°F and at a pressure of no less than 1,420 PSIG as measured at the exit for the main Facility transfer meter, for a continuous period of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. Adjustment to Payment Schedule: See attached Payment Schedule, “Increased Sendout Pressure from 1250 to 1440 PSIG - Phase I and II,” dated December 9, 2005, 1 page. Adjustment to Minimum Acceptance Criteria: The following sections are replaced:
Target Completion. While development will be ongoing, Curator will work to ensure that the Project remains on schedule for the exhibit to open in March 2024.

Examples of Target Completion in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if and to the extent Provider is delayed in completing any Committed Build-Outs by a Force Majeure event, then the Target Completion Date applicable thereto shall be extended for a period of time equal to that during which such obligations of Provider were delayed by such events.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Required Connection Well to the Gathering System by the Target Completion Date therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of Services with respect to all Dedicated Gas from such Well by the Target Completion Date therefor.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall Gatherer be required to agree to any Updated Development Plan and corresponding updated Gathering System Plan that contains a Committed Build-Out that (x) has a corresponding Target Completion Date that occurs after the end of the Initial Term, and (y) Gatherer, in its sole discretion, does not wish to approve, whether pursuant to an Executive Election and the related provisions of this Section 5.3(e) or otherwise.

  • Completion of the Construction Works shall be effected not later than the Target Completion Date unless such date is extended in terms of this Agreement.

  • The IESO reserves the right to waive the requirement for an Amendment Request for non-material amendments to the Target Completion Dates and the Submission Deadlines, which amendments shall be effective only if confirmed in writing by the IESO.

  • Except as provided in subparagraphs 7(A) and 7(D), NAI must, using its best skill and judgment and in an expeditious and economical manner not inconsistent with the interests of BNPPLC, perform or cause to be performed all work required, and must provide or cause to be provided all supplies and materials required, to design and complete construction of the Construction Project (collectively, the “Work”) no later than the Target Completion Date.
