Target Commitment definition
Target Commitment means (i) for JPMCB, $130,000,000 or (ii) for any Other Additional Commitment Party, the Target Commitment of such Other Additional Commitment Party (as set forth in the Other Commitment Joinder Letter executed and delivered by such Other Additional Commitment Party), which Target Commitment under this clause (ii) shall not be less than such Other Additional Commitment Party’s Additional Commitment Party Percentage (as defined in the Other Commitment Joinder Letter executed and delivered by such Other Additional Commitment Party) of the aggregate commitments under the Target Revolving Credit Facility and the Pinnacle Revolving Credit Facility.
