Target analyte list definition

Target analyte list or "TAL" means the list of inorganic compounds/elements designated for analysis as contained in the version of the EPA Contract Laboratory Program Statement of Work for Inorganics Analysis, Multi-Media, Multi-Concentration in effect as of the date on which the laboratory is performing the analysis. For the purpose of this chapter, a Target Analyte List scan means the analysis of a sample for Target Analyte List compounds/elements.

After May 2012, the Department will only accept documents based on use of the TCL/TAL parameter list.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Rebate Analyst means the person or firm selected by the Issuer to calculate the Rebate Amount, which person or firm shall either be a firm of attorneys or independent certified public accountants with expertise in the calculation of the Rebate Amount.

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.
