TARC Security Documents definition
TARC Security Documents means the Disbursement Agreement, the TARC Mortgage, the TARC Security Agreement and each other agreement relating to the pledge of assets to secure the Notes and any guarantee of the obligations of the Borrower under the Note by any guarantor that may be entered into after the date of the Note, pursuant to the terms of the Note.
TARC Security Documents means the TARC Intercompany Loan, the TCR Holding Pledge Agreement, the Disbursement Agreement, registration rights agreements relating to the shares of TARC and TransContinental common stock pledged to the Indenture Trustee and each other agreement relating to the pledge of assets to secure the TARC Intercompany Loan and any guarantee of the obligations of TCR Holding under the TARC Intercompany Loan by any Guarantor that may be entered into after the date of the TARC Intercompany Loan, pursuant to the terms of the TARC Intercompany Loan, in each case as amended from time to time.
