Tap Fees definition

Tap Fees means the fees, if any, paid by prospective customers of the System in order to connect thereto.
Tap Fees means all accumulated and unexpended availability fees, connection fees, and local facility charges held by Seller for planned improvements and expansions to the System, if any.
Tap Fees means the disputed and duplicative amounts for water tap fees asserted due by RMD in RMD Claim No. 32 and United in United Claim No. 30 pursuant to fee resolutions passed by the respective districts. The disputed Tap Fees are described with particularity on a lot-by-lot basis in Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Tap Fees in a sentence

  • Prior to any connection approval reinstatement, the Owner shall pay all applicable discontinuance charges, the unpaid Tap Fees and unpaid monthly service fees, and all penalty assessments.

  • Tap Fee Differential, as are further described in Appendix “B”, “Fees and Charges”, are applicable to all Tap Fees purchased before January 1, 2024 (the “Cut-Off Date”).

  • The Additional Tap Fee shall be determined by multiplying the Unit EQR Rate in effect at the time of re- evaluation by the difference between the number of EQR for the Premises, as proposed to be altered, and the number of EQR assigned to that Premises based on previously paid Tap Fee(s) (“Tap Fee Differential”).

  • The District will not be obligated to reimburse the Owner for the Tap Fees associated with the difference between the number of EQR assigned to that Premises based on previously paid Tap Fee(s) and the number of EQR for the Premises, as proposed to be altered.

  • A Tap Permit is written approval of the Board of Directors or the District Administrator to connect to the District System, upon payment of all necessary Tap Fees and Tap Connection Fee by an Applicant.

  • The applicable charges for Tap Fees, and calculation of EQR’s, for the following classifications are set forth in Appendix “A”, “Rate Schedule” attached hereto.

  • The number of EQR assigned to that Premises based on previously paid Tap Fee(s) and the previously paid Tap Fee(s) associated with those EQR shall remain with the lot or parcel on which the Premises is located.

  • Tap Fees: The Board shall be responsible for adopting a Rate Schedule which shall establish the tap fees required of a consumer prior to the issuance of a permit to utilize MSS facilities.

  • Plant Investment (Tap) Fees – Plant investment fees are based on an Equivalent Single Family Unit (ESFU) assessment made by District staff from plans furnished by the owner or developer.

  • Tap Fees are due when Developer/Owner agreement to construct water facilities is executed and as per said agreement.

Related to Tap Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Front End Fees means fees and expenses paid by any party for any services rendered to organize the Company and to acquire assets for the Company, including Organization and Offering Expenses, Acquisition Fees, Acquisition Expenses, and any other similar fees, however designated by the Board.

  • Agent's Fees means those fees and expenses required to be paid by Company to Agent under Section 12.8 hereof.
