The parties agree that the “Treasure Details” page of the Taobao Platform merchandise (i.e., all merchandise offered through the Taobao backend) must be displayed and the transactions with respect to the Taobao Platform merchandise must be completed on the webpages or add-ins provided by Party B, and that the vendors and Users shall complete the transactions and related after-sale services in accordance with the rules of Party B’s platforms.
