Tanium definition

Tanium means the Tanium entity listed or identified on the current approved Tanium-provided quote issued to the Customer for the Service, Maintenance, and/or Premium Services (the "Quote"), or otherwise communicated to the Customer by Tanium. Tanium and Customer may be referred to collectively as the "parties" or individually as "party."
Tanium. Tanium Malta Limited, a Maltese Corporation with offices located at LM Complex, Brewery Street, Mriehel BKR3000, Republic of Malta Tanium Platform: means the various go-to-market models made available to PointWire by Tanium from time to time. Third-Party Licences: the licence entered into by PointWire and Tanium, or any other software licence provider. Third-Party Software: the Tanium Platform, whether as an internetbased service (TaaS) or locally-installed software, as well as any other proprietary software and related proprietary components, sensors, scripts, packages, actions, and ‘Saved Questions’ made generally available by Tanium to its licensees and provided by or on behalf of Tanium to Participant in connection with this Agreement, as may be updated by Tanium from time to time. UK Data Protection Legislation: all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.
Tanium means the Tanium entity listed above or, if no entity is specified above, the Tanium entity identified on the Tanium-provided Quote or otherwise communicated to the Customer by Tanium.

Examples of Tanium in a sentence

  • Tanium shall not be responsible for any delays or liabilities resulting from such factors.

  • Any failure by Tanium to strictly enforce any provision of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of that provision or any subsequent breach of that provision.

  • Tanium may use Feedback for any purpose without obligation of any kind.

  • Tanium may extend the Evaluation Period in writing at its discretion.

  • Feedback is voluntary and Tanium is not required to hold it in confidence.

  • Tanium reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for Customer’s material breach of this Agreement.

  • All rights not expressly granted to Customer under this Agreement are reserved by Tanium.

  • If Customer does not notify Tanium of its election within thirty (30) days following termination or expiry of the Agreement, then Tanium shall automatically destroy all such Customer Data.

  • If Tanium releases another version of the Beta Software, Customer will return or destroy all prior version(s) or release(s) of the Beta Software that it received from Tanium.

  • Tanium may assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder as it deems necessary.
