Tangible Library definition

Tangible Library means a group of related FE Compounds, LL Compounds or HF Compounds synthesized by DPI as requested by Pfizer under this Agreement.
Tangible Library means groups of related Compounds synthesized by DPI following Protocols as directed by Pfizer.

  • The Request for Services will request either Protocol Services, invoiced to Pfizer on an FTE basis, or Compound Services, invoiced to Pfizer on a cost per Compound or cost per Tangible Library basis (the "Services").

Related to Tangible Library

  • Tangible Property means any furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, vehicles, office equipment, computer equipment, other equipment, machinery, tools, forms, supplies or other tangible personal property of any nature.

  • Tangible medium means a writing, copy of a writing, facsimile, or a physical reproduction, each on paper or on other tangible material.

  • Tangible Assets means assets consisting of land, buildings and plant, machinery and equipment;
