TANGIBLE INTERESTS definition
TANGIBLE INTERESTS shall be construed as meaning only that portion of the subject matter of these terms with respect to which Closing occurs.
TANGIBLE INTERESTS means the entire undivided interest of Vendor at the Effective Date in and to
(i) all well-bores and casing associated with the ▇▇▇▇▇ situated within the Lands, or lands pooled or unitized; and
(ii) all tangible depreciable equipment, facilities and other personal property situated in, on or off the Lands (or lands pooled or unitized therewith) and to the extent that they are used or intended for use in connection with producing, gathering, processing, treating, storing, compressing or transporting Petroleum Substances produced from the ▇▇▇▇▇ and Lands, including, without limitation, all tangible depreciable property and assets which form part of the ▇▇▇▇▇, but excluding items such as tubing and casing, etc. stored on the Lands as inventory or surplus material.
