tangible drilling costs definition

tangible drilling costs means the cost of materials and equipment such as casing, tubing, sucker rods, bottom hole pumps, casinghead and wellhead used in a well but excluding any equipment which is removed and put to use elsewhere;
tangible drilling costs means costs for items that become part of the final well/wellhead after drilling is complete (e.g., well casing [surface, intermediate, production, and tubing] and well equipment [packers, wellhead, production trees]).
