As of the date of this Third Amendment, the ratio is 31 Reserved Spaces and 22 Tandem Spaces.
Commencing as of May 1, 1999 and continuing through the initial lease term (thereafter, at the prevailing market rate charged by Landlord), Tenant shall pay to Landlord for Parking Passes on a monthly basis the following rates, which rates are inclusive of all taxes: Dollars ($ ) per month for the Tandem Spaces, and Dollars ($ ) per month for the Reserved Spaces.
Landlord shall from time to time determine the ratio of Tandem Spaces and Reserved Spaces.

Landlord shall also have the right to terminate Tenant's right to the Additional Parking by giving Tenant thirty days' written notice, in which case Tenant shall have the right, without payment of additional Parking Fees, to park eight (8) additional cars in a tandem configuration ("Tandem Spaces") within the spaces originally used in the Parking Lot for the Parking Allotment, but only to the extent the Tandem Spaces permitted under Laws and do not interfere with driveways, firelanes and the like.
Additionally, certain parking spaces may be tandem spaces which accommodate two (2) cars, stacked one in front of the other (the "Tandem Spaces").
Further, the Condominium Association may also restrict the size and type of vehicles approved for parking in Tandem Spaces.
