Tandem/BASE24 definition
Tandem/BASE24 means the application responsible for receiving transaction authorization data from POS, ATM devices and EFT associations. The transaction authorization data is then delivered to host applica¬tions for authorization decisions via external associations or directly to the Card Management System.
