  • TAMIC shall keep the Board and the Trust informed of developments materially affecting the Portfolio.

  • The Subadviser shall have no right to obtain compensation directly from the Trust or the Portfolio for services provided hereunder and agrees to look solely to TAMIC for payment of fees due.

  • The Trust, TAMIC or their respective authorized representatives shall have the right to copy any records in the Subadviser's possession that pertain to the Portfolio or the Trust.
