Takeback definition

Takeback means commission amounts which are forfeited or returned by the AD as a result of a customer discontinuing its subscription to the Product(s). In the event the Takeback is accomplished by the AD returning commissions already paid, Ameritech will debit the AD's future commission payments by the amount to be returned. If such a debit does not satisfy the Takeback amount, Ameritech may demand full payment from the AD immediately.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇’s Fave Fee in respect of a transaction shall become due when the transaction is confirmed and Fave is under no obligation to transfer any amounts (including, but not limited to, any Merchant’s Takeback) to the Merchant where a transaction is not made.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Co-contractor and Recupel, Recupel, after termination of the Entry Agreement, shall no longer be responsible for the execution of the Take-back obligation for WEEE Marketed by the Co-contractor and this regardless of whether the WEEE involved was Marketed during periods for which a valid declaration was submitted of the number of marketed EEE and Recupel contributions were paid.

  • Recupel is the collective system established by the producers of EEE which, on the basis of this Entry Agreement, fulfils the Take-back obligation imposed by the Legislation for WEEE on behalf of the Co-contractor.
